Recently, the vineyards on the farm have been renovated and
expanded, the wine shop Na Lehtah, named after the local name of the place, has been opened. The wine shop offers typical Karst meat products, which are air-dried thanks to frequent Karst bora (prosciutto, dried sausages, salami, cured pork neck) and crotegine (sausage filled with pork skin) with cabbage, and cooked štruklji as a typical dessert.
You can combine a visit to the Wine Shop with a walk through the Karst thickets, a tour of the old Austrian railway, visiting remnants of the First World War or you can go on hikes along the Peace Trails. We
recommend a visit to Trstelj from where there is a stunning a view of the Alps, the Gulf of Venice and the seaside town Savudrija.
A visit to prehistoric forts on the hills of St. Catherine and St. Ambrose is also a special experience for nature lovers.
